Join us for a magical evening that blends educational wine pairings with the finest local flavours. Led by Louella Mathews, President of the Sommeliers Australia and the nation's leading female sommelier, alongside acclaimed winemaker Nadja Wallington of ChaLou, this event is a celebration of organic, biodynamic, vegan, and regeneratively farmed wines.

Together, they'll guide you through a fun and educational and tasty night dedicated to sustainable and regenerative agriculture, featuring exclusive NSW wines.

Louella Mathew: Louella Mathews recognised as Australia’s most influential sommelier, continuously strives to innovate the wine scene. With her extensive knowledge and passion for sustainable and unique vintages, she is not just the President of the Sommeliers Australia but also a vibrant advocate for organic and biodynamic wines. Her curated wine selections promise an enlightening experience, spotlighting the best of New South Wales' vineyards.

Nadja Wallington: Nadja Wallington, winemaker at ChaLou and the recent recipient of James Halliday’s Dark Horse Winery Award and the 2023 Young Winemaker of the Year, is renowned for her commitment to making wines reflect a time and place from their beautiful vineyards in Orange, NSW. Run with her husband Steve Mobbs, their dedication to regenerative farming in the vineyard is reflected in the world class wines that they make.
